1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Web Master AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

Web Master AI provides AI-powered content generation, optimization, and automated publishing tools for websites. Content is generated using third-party AI language models (including but not limited to OpenAI and Anthropic). While we strive for high-quality output, we do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, factual correctness, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing all content before publication.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You may not share your account with third parties or create multiple accounts. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content Ownership & License

You retain full ownership of content generated through our platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your input data solely for the purpose of generating the requested content. You are responsible for ensuring all published content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. We are not liable for any claims arising from your use of generated content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to: generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights; create spam, misleading content, or content designed to manipulate search rankings in violation of search engine guidelines; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI prompts or algorithms; overload our systems through automated abuse or denial-of-service attacks; resell or redistribute the service without authorization; impersonate any person or entity. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Payments, Credits & Refunds

Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when generating content. Credit prices are displayed at the time of purchase and charged in the selected currency. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Credits are non-refundable except: (a) where required by applicable consumer protection law; (b) in cases of technical failure where credits were deducted but content was not generated, which will be automatically refunded; (c) at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Promotional discounts and coupon codes are subject to their own terms and conditions.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or security patches. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit features at any time. In the event of permanent service discontinuation, we will provide at least 60 days notice and arrange refunds for unused credits.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Master AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to: damages from content inaccuracy, search ranking changes, publishing errors, service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access to your account. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web Master AI, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the service; content generated through your account; your violation of these terms; or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
